Introduction
Welcome to Azul Virtual. We value your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the information required for registration, operations, flight records, exams and community administration.
1. Data Collection
We collect limited personal data during registration, including name, email, location, initial hub and optional online network identifiers such as IVAO, VATSIM and POSCON IDs. We collect only the information needed to operate the virtual airline.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to manage your membership, show operational information in the Crew Center, process PIREPs, exams, route reservations, virtual currency and staff review workflows.
3. Data Sharing
Operational flight data may be displayed publicly or internally, such as callsign, departure, arrival, route, status and statistics. Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties without a legitimate operational reason or your consent.
4. Privacy and Security
Access to administrative information is restricted to authorized staff. Members can control public profile visibility from the Crew Center profile settings.
Bylaws and Conduct
Azul Virtual is a non-profit flight simulation community. It is not affiliated with Azul Linhas Aereas. All aeronautical information is intended only for entertainment and simulation.
Members must treat others with respect, follow the rules of Azul Virtual and the networks they use, and keep a realistic and healthy simulation environment. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions or account termination by the staff team.
